It was the first middle school foundation created in Hawaii, and members of the East Honolulu Rotary Club provided the leadership for this cause. The William Paul Jarrett Middle School Foundation was started in 1995 to fund student activities that were not covered by the annual Department of Education budget. The school would not be able to provide these benefits without the generous support of the Foundation. The Foundation also supports the grade level incentive program, which provides money to purchase incentives for our student achievement awards.
